Ne sme da zavodi Lepu Devojku

Lepi Pesnik

Odnosi Lepu Devojku na vrhove planina

I baca je plamenim zmajevima

Zmajevi vezuju Lepu Devojku zlatnim lancima

I nikada je ne puštaju

Kada Lepa Devojka zavodi Lepog Pesnika

Lepi Pesnik gubi moć da leti do planina

Lepi Pesnik ostaje zarobljen u poljupcu

Lepa Devojka

Vezuje Lepog Pesnika neraskidivim zagrljajima

Lepog pesnika uspavljuje na svili

Napravljenoj od hiljadu neznih leptira

Da li Lepa Devojka zavodi pesnika

Da li pleše sa njim

Dok joj šapuće o ljubavi

I pušta reči niz plamen

Reči koje klize kroz beskraj

Reči koje lete prema putanji

Između uznemirenih grudi

I nestaju u njima

Beautiful Poet

Must not seduce Pretty Girl

Beautiful Poet

Carries Pretty Girl to the mountain peaks

And casts her to fiery dragons

Dragons tie Pretty Girl with golden chains

And never let her go

When Pretty Girl seduces Beautiful Poet

Beautiful Poet loses power to fly to the mountains

Beautiful Poet remains trapped in the Kiss

Pretty Girl

Ties Beautiful Poet with unbreakable embrace

Puts Beautiful poet to sleep on the silk

Made of thousand gentle butterflies

Is Pretty Girl seducing the Poet

Does she dances with him

While he wispers the words of love

Releasing them down her flame

Words that glide through the eternity

Words that fly to the orbit

Between excited breasts

And dissapear into them

Lebdim kao pesma

Između zemlje i neba

Oh voljena

Bol se prekida i nastavlja

Crvena si i crna

U belinama magle

Ako poljubim oči

Otvorićes kapke

Ako usnama

Dotaknem usne

Šapatom ćes me ljubiti

Pronaći ću te

Ispod svemira

Ispod haljine

U Mesečevoj postelji

Saslušaću cvrkut srca

Te ptice

Zarobljene u grudima

Tog neba

Treperavog od zudnje

Oh voljena

Ljubavnik sam i vetar

Dolazim iz pesme

Odlazim u pesmu

I float like a song

Between the earth and the sky

Oh beloved

The pain fades and re-emerges

You are red and black

In the white of the fog

If I were to kiss your eyes

Your eyelids would flicker

If my lips

Touch lips

Your whisper will kiss me

I will find you

Below the universe

Under the dress

In the Moon's bed

I will listen to the chirping heart

Of that bird

Trapped in the chest

Of that sky

Shimmering with desire

Oh beloved

I am a lover and I am a wind

I come from a poem

I leave into a poem

PESAK I SO

Strast je

Strašnija od škorpije

Pesak i so

Prekrivaju njene staze

Umor skače

Izboden vrelom posteljom

Ne možeš umreti

Ne možeš živeti

Od bola

Koji nanosiš sebi

Ne možeš zaspati

Bez ruže

Koja miriše na opijum

Ne možeš voleti

Bez nade

Da ćeš u zagrljaju vatre

Izgubiti sve

Strast je

Opasnija od škorpije

Ako se plašiš

Zamoli zvezde

Da te rode

U nekom drugom sazvežđu

SAND AND SALT

Passion is

More frightening than a scorpion

Sand and salt

Cover its tracks

Weariness jumps up

Stabbed by a fiery bed

You can’t die

You can’t live

From the pain

You afflict to yourself

You can’t fall asleep

Without a rose

Which smells of opium

You can’t love

Without hope

That in the fire’s embrace

You will lose everything

Passion is

More dangerous than a scorpion

If you are afraid

Appeal to the stars

To give you birth

In some other constellation
