You resemble the lass
Waiting all night for her lover to come

So little that will not have any distance,

BIO
Ilire Zajmi, born in Prizren, Kosovo on 1971.
Graduated in the Faculty of Law in the University of Prishtina.
MA in the field of Mass Communication and Journalism in the AAB University, Prishtina.
Specialised for diplomacy at the Albanian Diplomatic Academy, Regional Center for Political and Diplomatical studies, Tirana Albania
Author of four books: two books with poetry “Këmbanat e mëngjesit” [Morning bells] published in Prishtina 1991, “Balade e bardhe” [White ballad] novel, Prishtina 2010, “Fashitja e ëndrrave rrebele” [Fading of rebel dreams] Prishtine 1996 and a book about war in Kosovo together with Italian journalist Filippo Landi “Un treno per Blace” [A train for Bllace] published in Molfetta, Italy 1999.
Presented in few anthological books: “Take të larta”, [High hills] Pristine 2002, “Gjuha e dashurisw poetike” [Language of poetical love] Tirana, 2006, “Nënës” [To a mother] Tirana 2007, “Altri mondi” [Other word], Bucharest, Romania 2008.
Member of Kosovo PEN centre.
Long experience in the printed and electronic media in Kosovo. A correspondent for Italian news agency ANSA.
Media trainer in various projects in Kosovo. Certified trainer for television journalism working with Kosovo Media Institute. Long experience as a trainer and media expert in different projects in Kosovo and abroad.
A professor in the AAB University, Pristine lecturing video journalism and journalism online.
Actually working for Kosovo public broadcaster RTK as a head of Education Centre.
I live in Pristine, and I ‘m mother of two children, Arbi and Anda.
