Maria’s Kolovou - Roumelioti
Maria Kolovou - Roumelioti was born in Vouliagmeni Ilia ( a small village at at southwest) of Greece where she spent her childhood and teenage years.
At the age of eighteen she left from her hometown and she settled permanently in Patra, a beautiful city at southwest of the country, where she studied, married and created her own family. She worked for twenty third year on the health sector as Nurse in neonatal unit. She is married and mother of three children.
From the youthful age engaged in painting and writing. She regularly attended four years design and color courses in private artistic workshops with teachers the late sculptor and painter Themistokleous Charalampos, Kleomenes Kostopoulos and
Dimitra Vagena. He has studied Child Psychology and Art History.
She is an active member of the literary magazinew, the International Society of Greek Writers and Artists Company Writers Southwestern Greece, the Greek-Australian
Melbourne Association, a member of Patras Young Artists and the Naturalist Association of Patra.

She has participated in several group exhibitions of Naturalist Club of Patras, in
Artistic Laboratory reports in Municipal Baths and outdoors as well and the Young Artists Association reports.
Her first solo exhibition was became in June 2012 at the Palace of Literature and Art
of Patra, its named “Routes soul, time and life”, touching with her work of art all of Patra’ s virtuoso world.

ΒιογραφικÏŒ Σημείωμα
Η Μαρία ΚολοβοÏ – ΡουμελιÏŽτη γεννήθηκε στη ΒουλιαγμÎνη Ηλείας ÏŒπου Îζησε τα παιδικά και εφηβικά της χρÏŒνια. Σε ηλικία δεκαοκτÏŽ ετÏŽν Îφυγε απ’ τη γενÎτειρά της κι εγκαταστάθηκε μÏŒνιμα στην Πάτρα ÏŒπου σποÏδασε, παντρεÏτηκε και δημιοÏργησε τη δική της οικογÎνεια. Εργάστηκε για είκοσι τρία χρÏŒνια στον τομÎα της Υγείας ως ΝοσηλεÏτρια σε μονάδα νεογνÏŽν. Είναι παντρεμÎνη και μητÎρα τριÏŽν τÎκνων. Απ’ τη νεανική της ηλικία ασχολείται με τη ζωγραφική και τη συγγραφή. Έχει παρακολουθήσει ανελλιπÏŽς τÎσσερα χρÏŒνια μαθήματα σχεδίου και χρÏŽματος σε ιδιωτικά καλλιτεχνικά εργαστήρια με δασκάλους τον αείμνηστο γλÏπτη και ζωγράφο Χαράλαμπο ΘεμιστοκλÎους, τον ΚλεομÎνη ΚωστÏŒπουλο και τη Δήμητρα Βαγενά. Έχει μελετήσει Παιδική Ψυχολογία και Ιστορία της ΤÎχνης. Είναι ενεργÏŒ μÎλος λογοτεχνικÏŽν περιοδικÏŽν, της Διεθνής Εταιρείας Ελλήνων ΛογοτεχνÏŽν και ΚαλλιτεχνÏŽν, της Εταιρείας ΛογοτεχνÏŽν Νοτιοδυτικής Ελλάδας, του Ελληνο-ΑυστραλιανοÏ ΣυνδÎσμου ΜελβοÏρνης, των ΝÎων ΚαλλιτεχνÏŽν Πάτρας και του ΦυσιολατρικοÏ ΣυλλÏŒγου ΠατρÏŽν. Η πρÏŽτη ατομική Îκθεση της Îγινε τον ΙοÏνιο του 2012 στο ΜÎγαρο ΛÏŒγου και ΤÎχνης ΠατρÏŽν με θÎμα: «ΔιαδρομÎς ψυχής, χρÏŒνος και ζωή», αγγίζοντας με τα εικαστικά της Îργα τον ΠατραÏŠκÏŒ φιλÏŒτεχνο κÏŒσμο. Έχει λάβει μÎρος σε Πανελλήνιους ΛογοτεχνικοÏς ΔιαγωνισμοÏς καθÏŽς και σε διαγωνισμοÏς ζωγραφικής ÏŒπου λογοτεχνικά και εικαστικά της Îργα Îχουν πάρει τιμητικÎς διακρίσεις, επαίνους, μετάλλια και βραβεία.
«ΜΗΞΕΧΝΑΣ.....»
Μη ξεχνάς
να κρατάς πάντα το γÎλιο
κάτω απ’ την ομπρÎλα του χρÏŒνου
-ανθισμÎνο λουλοÏδι κι αηδÏŒνι-
χάρισε
τ’ αρÏŽματα και τις μελωδίες της ζωής.
Με θαλερή την παιδική φαντασία
ως τη στερνή στιγμή
ζωγράφισε τον κÏŒσμο που ονειρεÏτηκες.
ΑγνÏŒησε τα ρολÏŒγια
που χτυποÏν
θυμίζοντας τις ÏŽρες που ξοδεÏτηκαν
άσκοπα σε τυφλÎς διαδρομÎς.
Το ÏŒνειρο χτίζεται αγωνιστικά
πλάι σε εφιάλτες και προδÏŒτες
που πρÎπει να νικήσεις!!!

«ΑΝΤΑΝΑΚΛΑΣΕΙΣ»
Μπορεί, μες το μυαλÏŒ, βαθÏ κι άκαρδο να αίρει το φθινÏŒπωρο...
Μπορεί μες την καρδιά, να τρÎμουνε τα φÏλλα... μα,
είναι χρυσÏŒ το δειλινÏŒ κι απαλÏŒ το φυλλορρÏŒημα της νιÏŒτης
ÏŒταν σταλάζει της ψυχής τ’ αγίασμα και γαληνεÏουν οι ΧειμÏŽνες!...
Δε με τρομάζει το ρυτίδιασμα του απÏŒβραδου
μήτε η φοβÎρα του αντάρτη
που θαρρετά υψÏŽνει τη φωνή με λάβαρο
την πÎνα που αντρειεÏει!...
Πες, ÏŒ,τι θες, για να ακουστεί
το ξÎσπασμα του πÏŒνου σου
κι αβίαστα
ας διαβαστοÏν τα νοτισμÎνα λÏŒγια
που με αγÏŽνα ατÎρμονο ακολουθοÏν
το νÏŒστο που γητεÏει...
Κρίνω με επιείκεια εκείνη την απÏŒφαση
που το μυαλÏŒ στρουμφίζει του χειμÏŽνα
να ρίξει πάχνη στα μαλλιά και θαλερά χαμÏŒγελα
να λάμψουν Καλοκαίρια!...
