In 2008, he and Tang Jingling lawyers launched the China Freedom and Democracy T-shirt campaign. Every Saturday afternoon, they regularly set aside the cultural lining of "one-party dictatorship, everywhere is disaster", "freedom, democracy, constitutionalism, human rights" and climbed the mountain in Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain. Persevered for several years, once reached nearly 100 people.

In 2008, he launched a street open reading club, and publicly read books such as "From singularity to democracy" and "Smashing evil organizations" in the park and the square. For several years, there were more than 30 people and hundreds of people watched. He was repeatedly expelled, tortured and summoned.

In 2008, together with Tang Jingling, various activities were promoted, including: 64 Jingsi Festival Action, Redemption of Ballot Action, 429 Lin Zhaori Action, Conscience Bill of Lading Action, My 583 Action, Abolition of Household Registration Action, GSP Pension Action, five thousand days to bid farewell to the countdown to autocracy and other actions.

    2008年与唐荆陵律师发起中国自由民主文化衫运动，每周六下午定时定点，穿＂一党独裁、遍地是灾＂＂自由、民主、宪政、人权＂等字样文化衬，      

    2008年发起街头开放式读书会，于公园，广场公开诵读＂从独栽到民主＂、＂粉碎邪恶组织＂等书。坚持数年，一度达三十多人，数百人围观。多次被驱赶，刑询、传唤。

    2008年与唐荆陵一起推动各种活动，包括：64静思节行动，赎回选票行动，429林昭日行动，良心犯名信片行动，我的583行动，废除户籍隔离行动，普惠制养老行动，五千天告别专制倒计时等行动。

    2008年汶川地震，与六四天网创办者黄琦组织救灾工作。回来后被警察询问十几个小时，并去单位调查。

    2009年，参与深圳李铁组织中国公民改革建议书行动。

    2012年，参与声援并签署废除《劳教条例》，参与官员公开财产行动，参与郭飞雄发起的要求全国人大批准《公民权利与政治权利国际公约》活动。回来被警察询问十几个小时，并去单位调查。

    2013年，与郭飞雄组织创办椰树林读书会。坚持8期，被问询，监控，传唤，直至失去工作。

    2013年二月发起清明节占领黄花岗运动。又被问询、监控，传唤。

    2014年三月发起组织在广州最繁华处，天河购书中心组织街头演讲，呼吁中国实行自由、民主、宪政。被二十多警察围攻，传唤。

    2014年二月，尝试组织化培训不合作抗争战士。并向公众开放筹款。4月6日，以我身份证件租房，用于培训、学习。存放各种资料。有几千本书，包括＂从独栽到民主＂，＂粉碎邪恶轴心＂等。几万张纪念林昭及六四的卡片。   

    5月16日，与唐荆陵弟兄，袁朝阳弟兄一起被捕，并被以煽动颠覆国家政权罪判处两年六个月。2016å¹´11月15日岀狱。
