SUJIT MUKHERJEE

Sujit Mukherjee is an internationally well-known poet, author, photographer, culinary expert and Travel enthuist from India. He has published more than 45 books. He has visited over 75 countries. He writes in Bengali, English and Hindi languages. He was honoured by two Presidents of India, Dr Abdul Kalam and Mr Pranab Mukherjee and the Governors of two provinces in India.  His poems are translated in more than 15 Indian and foreign languages. He received many prestigious literary awards. He is a member of the International Writers and Artists Association (IWA) USA. He is also World President of the Poets of the World Organisation. Sujit Mukherjee es un poeta, autor, fotógrafo, experto culinario y entusiasta de los viajes de reconocimiento internacional, originario de la India. Ha publicado más de 45 libros y ha visitado más de 75 países. Escribe en bengalí, inglés e hindi.

Fue honrado por dos Presidentes de la India, el Dr. Abdul Kalam y el Sr. Pranab Mukherjee, así como por los gobernadores de dos provincias del país. Sus poemas han sido traducidos a más de 15 lenguas indias y extranjeras. Ha recibido numerosos y prestigiosos premios literarios.

Es miembro de la International Writers and Artists Association (IWA) de Estados Unidos. Asimismo, es Presidente Mundial de la organización Poetas del Mundo (www.poetasdelmundo.com), que cuenta con 13.000 poetas miembros en 130 países.

Es Ingeniero Químico (M.Tech) y posee un MBA.
