Armenuhi Sisyan

Armenuhi Sisyan was born in Yerevan. She is a professor of Armenian language at Yerevan State Medical University. She has written prose and poetry. Her works are translated into Russian,  English, French,  Italian, Persian and Albanian languages. In 2012 օne of her stories ’’The handbag’’ was awarded among the best stories of the year and was published in the book. In 2013 April her book “Hey, Noah” was the 2-nd among 10 Yerevanian bestsellers. Member of Writers’ Union of Armenia since 2007, author of  5 books:

• “A Handful of Light”, Yerevan, 2006 (short novels, poems in prose)
• “Harahos” - 2007, Yerevan (short stories)
• “Hey, Noah” 2012, Yerevan (short stories)
• ”The Bloօmy Paths” , 2013 (for teenagers)
• ''1000 years of longing'', 2015 (poems)

 

Some of  her  poems were published in English in a major anthology, "Selected Armenian Poets” (2011), ‘‘Contemporary Armeninan Poetry‘‘(2012), and some short stories in ‘‘Modern Armeninan Short Stories’’(2012). Also, her translations of Anglo-American poetry of XX century  from English into Armenian were published in the “World Literature" quarterly (Edward Cummings, William Carlos Williams).

In 2012 (July-August) she got a scholarship for spending 2 months inVienna where she was invited by Kulturkontakt Austria  competition program.

 - Գրել եմ այսքան մամուլ բանաստեղծություն,-

պարծեցավ  ծանոթ մի բանաստեղծ:

Գլուխս կախեցի.

տեսնես՝ ինչքա՞ն է դա,

ես չգիտեմ, ամո՛թ…

Առավոտյան մի բանաստեղծություն  կարդացի՝

երեք  թե  չորս տողից,

ու զգացի՝ լցվեց երկինքը…

Քայլում եմ քեզ վրա

ու թողնում հետքերս,

որ մտքերիս պատճենն են

սիրո տեսքով:

Հետո դու էլ սիրով կծածկե՞ս ինձ, հո՛ղ…

Ու թե հաջողվի փախչել

ինձ հետապնդող ժամանակի վազքից,

կգնամ բանաստեղծություն հավաքելու

այնտեղ, ուր ծառերը ծաղկել

ու ինձ են սպասում…

Այսօրս էլ սահեց,

ինչպես արձակած զգեստս`

մարմինս ի վար…

մեկ օրով էլ մերկացա կյանքից…

Դուռը բացվում է, ու  ներս եմ մտնում,

դուռը բացվում է, ու դուրս ես գալիս,

մեր միջև միշտ դուռ կա

դռան ետևում կանգնածը

դու՞ ես, թե՞ ես…

Այն բոլոր օրերի համար,

որոնց ես չեմ տեսնելու,

այսօր կսիրեմ քեզ, օ՛ր,

կփայփայեմ իմ ձեռքերում,

կհամբուրեմ վարից վերև,

կջերմացնեմ քեզ իմ գրկում

որ շունչս տաք` խոսքեր հագած,

հասցնես նրանց

ու մինչ բարի ճամփա կընկնես,

արի սիրեմ քեզ, օ՛ր,

այն օրերի համար բոլոր,

որոնց ես չեմ տեսնելու...

Դարձյալ այն Մեծ բացակայությունն է

իմ մեջ ու իմ շուրջ.

Տե՛ր իմ Գթություն,

տա՛ր ինձ այնտեղ, ուր ես չկամ...

 

Երբեմն

 

Հրեշտակները երբեմն

շատ են ուզում տեսնել այն,

ինչն իրենցը չէ ու պատժվում են.

հետաքրքրասիրությունը փոքր-ինչ

այրում է նրանց թևերը ու

նրանք թևաթափ են լինում,

երբեմն…

Հրեշտակները երբեմն ուզում են

լինել այնտեղ, ուր պետք չէ, որ լինեն

ու ոտքը նրանց խփվում է քարին.

արյան փոխարեն ցավ է հոսում նրանց ոտքերից

ու դժվարանում են շարժվել առաջ,

երբեմն…

Հրեշտակները երբեմն ուզում են փորձել այն,

ինչ իրենցը չէ, ու քիչ է մնում

կորցնեն իրենցը

ու նրանց աչքերից երկինքն է հոսում…

գուցե պարզապես ներե՞լ է պետք հրեշտակներին,

երբեմն…

Ես ինչպե՞ս զսպեմ հույզերս ծարավ,

Երբ երկինքն անգամ չի ուզում սանձել

Տարերքն իր վարար,

Հեղում է անկեղծ տարափ ու կարոտ,

Հղում է ողջույն, զգացմունքի ամպրոպ,

Ճայթում է շռինդ, պոռթկում է որոտ,

Ու որքա՜ն շատ խինդ, որքա՜ն խենթ կարոտ...

Եվ ո՞վ եմ ես՝ ցածում կանգնած  մի երկրավոր,

Որ ջանքով համառ (և ինչի՜ համար)

Փորձում է զսպել զգացմունքն իր ծարավ...

Ես կբացեմ քո առջև իմ պատուհանն, անձրև՛,

միայն չթրջվի թող ճնճղուկը…

Ես կհանեմ քո առջև հովանոցն իմ, անձրև՛,

միայն չթրջվի թող ճնճղուկը…

Ես կվերցնեմ ինձ վրա քո շիթերը, անձրև՛,

միայն չթրջվի թող ճնճղուկը…

Ես կնվիրեմ քեզ իմ բաց ուսերը, անձրև՛,

միայն չթրջվի թող ճնճղուկը…

Մատներիս միջև սառչում է հիշողությունը,

սառչում են աչքերս

ու թռչունները ճարահատ

չվում են տաք տարածքներ:

Քամիների հաղթանակն է

և ոչ սրտի,

որ այտերս չեն շառագունի

ջերմության հուշից:

Բառերս հետևում են թռչուններին.

նրանք հանգրվանում են այնտեղ,

ուր բանաստեղծությունն է…     

 

In 2013 she was a participant of ''Genova International Poetry Festival'' (Italy) from Armenia.

 In August 2013 she  was invited to Swizerland by the organization Chateau de Lavigny and had readings there-prose and poetry (Geneva and Lavigny).

-Je t’aime - a dit le vent,

et il a fait tomber les feuilles de l’arbre.

La porte s’ouvre et j’entre dedans,

La porte s’ouvre et tu sors.

Il y a toujours une porte entre nous.

C’est toi ou c’est moi qui se trouve derrière la porte?

Si tu pouvais sauver cet amour,

je t’appelerai le sauveur du monde

et je vais te sauver moi-même 

en priant pour toi sans cesse.

De tes rêves, qui étaient aussi les miens,

j’ai construit une maison

mais tu as laissé le vent y entrer

et il a détruit cette maison de rêve

ou va tu vivre sans tes rêves?

Et si je pouvais fuir

le temps qui me poursuit,

j’irais cueillir des poèmes là

où les arbres ont fleuri

et ils m'attendent!

(quelle abondance de  poèmes!)

Quand l'amour a détruit  toutes les barrières

entre l'hier et le demain

il nous est resté le plus gros obstacle: l'aujourd’hui

où tu n’es pas…

 

 

Parfois

Parfois les anges veulent beaucoup

voir ce qui ne leur appartient pas

et, pour cela, ils sont punis.

la curiosité brûle un peu leurs ailes

et ils sont désespérés,

parfois…

 

Parfois les anges veulent être là,

où il ne faut pas qu’ils soient

et leurs pieds se heurtent  aux pierres

la douleur coule au lieu du sang

et ils ont du mal à avancer,

parfois…

 

Parfois les anges veulent essayer

ce qui ne leur appartient pas

et il manque de peu qu’ils perdent ce qu'ils ont déjà

et le ciel coule de leurs yeux

peut-être faut-il simplement pardonner les anges,

parfois...

Écrire un poème?
écrire un poème…
on respire le poème

puisque les poumons ne sont pas seulement de la chair /viande/

P. S. On peut parfois aussi écrire le poème

 

L’amoureux

 

Il était prêt à refuser

tous les types de jouissance

où son amoureuse n’était pas présente,

aller à pied à de centaines de kilomètres,

passer par ses milles traces,

parce qu’il ne l'avait pas vue depuis longtemps,

éternellement presque

depuis hier…

Si tant de choses me sont tombées sur la tête,

que je suis devenue muette,

les mots m’ont quittée,

et ils ont fermé toutes les portes de mon âme…
maintenant je sais

pourquoi les poissons sont muets…
quelle quantité d'eau  est passée par leur tête…

Avant le déluge

il pleuvait

le ciel a beaucoup plu pour la Terre,

peut-être est-ce pour cela

que chaque fois quand il pleut

mon cœur devient triste à nouveau.

Je marche sur toi

et laisse mes traces,

qui sont les copies de mes pensées

en forme d’amour,

me couvriras-tu  avec amour après, terre… ?

Vous, qui aimez tant le matériel,

votre meuble,

la porte de votre château,

bien sûr la chaise,

même le papier,

qui m’a attirée aussi,

vénérez  l’arbre!

Je me suis réveillée tôt le matin,

pour rencontrer le silence dans les horizons de lumière,

et pour demander pourquoi ?

mais je n’ai rien reçu,

dans un autre coin de la planète,

le monde était réveillé depuis longtemps,

Or, il n’y avait pas de silence…

 

 

A volte

Gli angeli, a volte, vogliono

essere li` dove non devono esserci,

e battono col piede il sasso,

al posto del sangue fluisce/scorre il dolore dai loro piedi

e diventa faticoso andare avanti,

a volte...

Gli angeli, a volte, vogliono vedere quello che

non appartiene a loro e vengono puniti;

la curiosita` leggermente brucia le loro ali e

loro rimangono delusi,

 a volte...

Gli angeli, a volte, vogliono provare quello,

che non e` di loro, e quasi quasi perdono il loro,

e scorre il cielo dai loro occhi...

forse semplicemente bisognerebbe perdonare/graziare gli angeli?

a volte...

 

Specchio

 

E mi sto lentamente pettinando

Il tuo sguardo dai miei capelli

Ed  arrossisce la tua memoria giu`

Le mie spalle dalla mia tenerezza,

ma che sia zitta la mia stanchezza ormai nuda;

Lo specchio riflette la tua presente assenza,

Ecco il cotone morbido ed indolore;

Io puliro` la mia pelle da/di te....

Respirano la poesia,

Se i polmoni non sono solo di carne ...

P.S. si puo` a volte anche notare la poesia...

Cosi` tante cose sono cadute sulla mia testa,

che sono diventato muto,

le parole mi hanno abbandonato

e hanno chiuso tutte le uscite della mia anima...

adesso io so

perche i pesci sono muti;

quante acque sono passate sopra le loro teste.

 

*cadere le cose sulla testa in armeno vuol dire – vedere tante cose, tante esperienze. Suren Yenokyan-Israyelyan

E se ce la faccio di fuggire

Dalla corsa del tempo che mi insegue,

andro` a raccogliere delle poesie la`,

dove gli alberi sono fioiriti

e aspettano me...

(Cosi tante poesie!!!)

Sto camminando su di te,

lasciando le mie traccie (i miei segni),

che sono le copie dei miei pensieri

in forma dell’amore.

E dopo tu mi coprirai con amore (con affetto), terra?

La porta si apre, ed io entro,

la porta si apre, e tu entri,/esci/

c’e` sempre la porta fra di noi,

dietro la porta sei tu o io?

 E` gia` tardi, non aspettero` piu...

 mettero in ordine il mio tavolo pieno di sogni,

 quando puliro` la mia tovaglia

 dei miei desideri dai bricioli,

il cielo sara` piena di stelle...

 e` tardi, e` gia` notte...

C'e` stata la pioggia anche prima del Diluvio;

 Il cielo ha pianto un sacco per il Mondo...

Forse è per questo motivo che ogni volta che piove,

il mio cuore diventa triste di nuovo...

Зёрнышки слов, чтобы ты

Мог найти дорогу ко мне,

И ушла,  замкнулась в себе...

Только не потеряй дорогу!...

Небо родное,

Не хочешь взять мою любовь,

Которое принадлежит  лишь тебе?

Я готова,

Только дождоюсь зова твоего...

... И если мне удасться убежать

От времени, бегушего за мной,

Я отправлюсь соберать стихи

Туда, где уже  деревья зацвели

и ждут- не дождутся меня...

(Ах, как много там будет стихов!)

О, блаженный Иов,

Ты мне самый родной среди предков.

А иначе откуда

столько терпенья во мне?

Ты сказал мне, что всё пройдёт,

что ты скроешь под собою всё,

но ты расстаял, снег,

и мои раны открылись снова...

Ночью проснулась:

как бы дождь не прервался...

моё сердце сейчас

бьётся в ритме дождя...

Вот и сегодняшний день

небо покрыла любовью-

в виде снега

и я знаю я почему снег-белый.

Если это любовь,

она должна быть чистой.

 

Иногда

 

Иногда ангелы очень хотят видеть то,

Что не нужно видеть,

И подвергаются наказанию:

Любопытство слегка  подпаливает их крылышки,

И они лишаются крыльев

Иногда...

 

Иногда ангелам хочется оказаться там,

Где им не следует быть,

и они больно спотыкаются о камень.

У них по ногам вместо крови стекает боль,

Им становится трудно идти вперёд,

 Иногда...

 

Иногда ангелы хотят испытать то,

Что не имеет отношение к ним,

и при этом едва не теряют то, что имеют,

и из глаз у них струится небо...

Может просто нужно прощать ангелам,

 Иногда...

Я была преисполнена жаждой мести,

Но вдруг тебя вспомнила, Сын Божий,

А когда оглянулась снова,

Во мне не осталось и тени гнева...

-Почему красивые цветы в болоте живут?

-Потому что перед глазами их

лишь небо видно,

лишь небо видят они…

don’t taste the early

fruit; leave it

to time. It leaves the fruit alone

to become fully

grown.

There were stony frozen

heaps of snow left

thereabouts.

They were the white feelings

sent from heaven

that had frozen

for they didn’t meet your warmth.

When the love pulled down

all the barriers

between the yesterday and today

the biggest barrier

was left there; the today-

you’re not in there.

How can the tree trust

that the wind-that is

in the tender arms of the tree-

isn’t going to break its boughs down?

 

 

The Man In Love

 

He was ready to refuse

the pleasures of all kinds

in which his beloved didn’t take part

and to pass hundreds of miles

following the myriads of his footsteps

for he hadn’t seen her for long,

for ages-

since yesterday.

I was accompanying

 my own day

holding it’s hand

and trying to warm

it’s cooling hand;

the cars obstinately blow their horns

and hurry the procession of my day-

where does it proceed?

Only the autumn sun and me

don’t hurry;

Oh, sun, your every glimpse

is my heart-beat!

-I love you,-said the wind to the tree

and  hit the tree’s leaves.

I was in love with you since the time I was slave

And had to carry water from the banks of the Nile

And pour it into your clay pot;

I was in love with you since the time when I was  queen,

And you would knock the terrible bull down at the circus

And then put your head down before me;

I was in love with you since the time

When you were a pagan god

And wine and blood would mix into our pagan love,

I was in love with you since the time

When you were a crusader

And our love of Jesus would bless our love

And make us follow it;

I bring love to you from the depth of centuries

For I simply was born with love

And you must mix with the eternity of love

And then rise from the centuries being forever  new.
