Reem Gomri (Tunisia, 1974) is a Tunisian poet, journalist, and philosophical researcher with a prolific career spanning more than two decades. Her literary work explores identity, existentialism, and the human condition in depth, intertwining complex philosophical inquiry with a unique lyrical intensity.
With six published collections, including Waiting Women (2013), Upon My Body, I Tattooed My Talismans (2016), and her recent In the Path of Light (2025), she has forged a singular and influential voice in contemporary Arabic literature. Her poetry has transcended borders, translated into multiple languages and anthologized in prestigious publications in Romania, Serbia, and Morocco.
