Melipilla, Chile, 1956. Founder and Secretary General of the Poets of the World movement. He is the author of the Universal Manifesto of Poets of the World, translated into 28 languages, and of several books of poetry and humanist reflection.
Five of his books have been published: Agualuna (2002), Mil años de Amor (2003), Instantes (2004), Dos Tiempos para un Compás (2016), and Manifiesto por la Vida (Adaptado a los Nuevos Tiempos y a los Exigentes Desafíos de Nuestra Época) (2021).
His first three works explore the conflict between materialism and spirituality. His literary and cultural work is closely connected to his commitment to peace, humanity and the preservation of the environment.
He has participated in literary and cultural events in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
