Is a Kenyan novelist, poet, playwright and critic. Some of his work has been translated into Kiswahili, Chinese, Swedish, Arabic and Japanese. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of Kenyan PEN and the Kenyan Editor of the US-based theatre news portal, TheTheatreTimes.com. His first book, 'When the Whirlwind Passes' has the distinction of being Africa’s first digital novel. In 2014, his narrative poem 'Someone in Africa Loves You' represented Kenyan literature on BBC’s Commonwealth Postcards. In 2017, 'Business Daily'
