URGENCY OF SOLUTION FOR CONFLICT ISRAELO-PALESTINIEN 
 

Confrontations continue between Fatah and Hamas, making victims and accentuating the climate of insecurity in Palestine. Without State, with social sufferings, economic deprivations, the political absence of solution, this drama does not concern only the people of Palestine and Israel this last country always fearing murderous terrorist attacks which kill out of civil randomly.

This drama, does not relate to also only the only countries bordering but, all the international community.
In Palestine, 160.000 civils servant have been private of wages for 3 months. Thus, the risk of cut and loss of confidence with the governmental authorities is concerned.
Recently, meadows of the Red Sea in Egypt, the President of the Palestinian authority met leaders of the State of Israel. In my country, the dispatches of information considered the resumption of the dialog starting from the roadmap.

With the recent existence of a punt reconciliation signed by high persons in charge for Hamas forms, Islamic Djihad and of the Fatah whose Marwan BARGHOUTI, the way of a Palestinian government of national union is open and thus cannot be limited to a Palestinian internal process since, Li can open prospects for dialog ave the State of Israel and the international community.

It should well be understood, that a civil war between Palestinian with the chaos which would be followed from there, would feed the hatred of the Arab countries with regard to the Occident. Already, of the European countries know relans of racism, of anti-semitism, urban violences, and the extreme line finds signs of vitality.

If these phenomena are fed by foreign interior causes with the israélo-Palestinian conflict, there remains in spite of very that this irresolute conflict weighs on the consciences and created the doubt about the real will of the international authorities to see this file evolving to a political solution.
It feeds the aimings extremists of groups which tend to make this situation a conflict between civilizations the rich and sufficient Christian Occident on a side, the poor people and of Moslem confession of the other, victims of the facility and military oppression, in the form of a support in fact for Israel allotted to the great powers.

I propose: after the meeting at the top between the Palestinian authority and the leaders of Israel that the secretary-general of UNO, Kofi Annan, proposes an international conference with the participation of representatives in the most level of the Security Council of UNO, the European Union, the leaders of the countries bordering like of course, governments and Heads of State of Israel and the Palestinian authority.

It is advisable to take again the dialog, with a will to succeed, to concretize the recognition of the 2 States, the end of the attacks on the Israeli ground, an economic contribution increased to Palestinian, as well as the return to the international assistances, a calendar of expiry to regulate the statute of Jerusalem and the continuation of the decolonization with the complete return of the West Bank to Palestinian.
